I have applied for disability 3 months ago for bipolar 1, PTSD, panic disorder with agoraphobia and social phobia, and avoidant personality disorder, and just got a letter yesterday that they want me to see one of their doctors for an exam. I already see my psychiatrist once a month and my psyD therapist twice a week, but I have only been diagnosed fully for a year by a GP and only being seeing specialists for about 3-4 months (though I have been struggling all my life and misdiagnosed severe depression and total loser for 15 years)….I just want to know what kind of exam/testing to expect, as I am VERY nervous.

You will get denied and if you still want to pursue disability you will have to hire a lawyer. Expect this process to be 1-2 years long.

They are just doing their job. Just be honest BUT expect your claim to be denied. And you will probably have to hire an attorney if you want to speed up the process. I recently helped a young man with issues similar to yours and he finally was approved after just under a year.

Personal experience.
I recently saw the disability doctor for my psychotic major depression, anxiety/panic disorder, PTSD and OCD and the exam was pretty ridiculous. It was less than 10 minutes and the questions were very simple and seemed to have nothing to do with my disorder. I was asked to count backward by 3s from 20, asked to memorize 3 words then say them back to the woman at the end of the exam, and other bulls*it. If getting disability was based on that test there is no way in hell I will be approved. It was so easy and basically they seemed to just be testing if I was conscious.
I’ve heard from MANY people that you get turned down the first time almost always. I’m prepared to be denied. I do know 2 women that have been approved with bipolar with the help of a lawyer. Good luck.
