Finally made my vid on social phobia.
Just me talking about what it is and what happens to me.
Sorry about stumbling over my words a bit, couldn’t concentrate, and this was quite hard for me to make.

This video covers the basic signs and symptoms of S.A.D…as well as some treatment options. I personally do not know anyone who suffers from this disorder, but i know that, like all other disorders, it can be a crippling experience.
